We offer 5 shipping methods:
- Collect from our Edenvale Offices – Free!
Pop in during office hours and collect your purchases. We will liaise with you via email to let you know when we are ready to receive you. - Domestic Parcel Post through the South African Post Office – Cheap!
We will post your parcel to any destination served by the South African Post Office, within the borders of South Africa. - International Parcel Post through the South African Post Office – Overseas Orders
International shoppers will use this option to receive their parcels. - Speed Services Couriers – Counter Collection – Fast!
A fast option from the South African Post Office. Your parcel will be couriered within a day or two to the post office closest to you. You will collect it from the counter at the Post Office - Speed Services Couriers – Door Delivery – Convenient!
No fuss service from the South African Post Office. Your parcel will be couriered to your door within a day or two!
Shipping costs are calculated on your complete order, not on individual items. The cost is worked out based on the volume and weight of the combined items in your shopping cart.
Please be aware that not all items are kept in stock. Each piece is handpainted – and therefor unique. We pride ourselves in our quality – this means you may have to wait a few weeks for your order, if the requested items are not in stock. We appreciate your patience and we’re sure you will be elated with our quality textiles.
Please allow 7 working days for Domestic Parcel post within the borders of South Africa.
International orders may take between 3 and 6 weeks.
Speed Services Couriers delivery to South Africa and Sub-saharan Africa usually takes two days.
